Individual Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy using an integrative approach, based on the evidence-based models of therapy I have trained in which include; EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic psychotherapy to best support my clients. I specialise in working with adults from the age of 18 and up.
I offer a free phone consultation to all new prospective clients. This will give you a chance to find out more about whether the service I offer is the right fit for you and to find out more about what you can expect from therapy.
Couples and Partners Psychotherapy
I offer couples/partners therapy to people in a relationship who are facing intimacy issues, sexual difficulties, communication breakdown, betrayals and infidelity, navigating differences in relationships and the repetition of unhelpful themes and patterns in the relationship.
Training
I offer training to teams and organisations on a number of different topics including:
– understanding and managing common mental health conditions
– enhancing wellbeing in the workplace
-using self-compassion to enhance wellbeing
– reducing the risk of burnout

Clinical Supervision
Supervision is an essential part of professional development and growth. It provides a forum for discussion, reflection and development, enabling clinicians to extend their professional knowledge and skills.
